Vacation pay is 4% of total earnings for employees with 5 years or less of continuous service, and 6% for employees with more than 5 years of service.
Employees with 5 years or less of continuous service receive 4% vacation pay and 2 weeks vacation. Employees with more than 5 years receive 6% vacation pay and 3 weeks vacation.
