For children under 6: $67.91/month for 1 child, $122.25 for 2, $166.41 for 3, $203.75 for 4, plus $30.58 for each additional. For children aged 6–17: $54.33/month for 1 child, $97.83 for 2, $133.08 for 3, $163.00 for 4, plus $24.41 for each additional.
